Our Omaha web design and development company is growing! And we are looking for a motivated and responsible Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. The account manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with JM’s clients.  They will liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of  projects according to customer needs.Requirements/Responsibilities:

• Operate as the lead point of contact for open projects and on-going- web maintenance

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects/tasks according to customer needs and objectives

• Proven account management or other relevant experience

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
